GPM Precipitation Science Research Facility Lightning Mapping Array
|
The Wallops PRF has set up a network of Lightning Mapping Array for detecting the 3D
location and timing of lightning over the Delmarva peninsula. This array is similar to
other arrays such as the
North Alabama LMA,
the
Washington, DC LMA.
and the
NASA/KSC LMA.
